We are pleased to offer our academic stress reduction meditation series for teens. This series of guided meditations was produced by Katy Murphy, one of our tutors and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. The 10-part series should be completed in order, as each meditation builds upon the previous one. Completing this program will give the student a varied set of exercises that they can use to improve their focus and reduce the stress associated with taking a test.
