MC graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in Education and Biology. They have experience tutoring in a variety of settings including public and private schools, in-home sessions, and an emergency shelter. Passionate about supporting students in recognizing their strengths, MC strives to incorporate both test-taking strategies and content instruction in their sessions. Previous students would describe MC as uplifting, clear, and a good listener. When they’re not tutoring, MC can be found painting watercolor portraits, climbing with friends, or trail running.
